If you have an urgent parcel to zoom somewhere (see what we did there 😉), we recommend placing your booking and monitoring the tracking link to see if a driver will collect your parcel.
A courier typically collects within 10 to 15 minutes after a booking has been placed. If your booking isn’t accepted, you might want to cancel the booking using the delivery history section of your account.
Remember: Couriers are compensated for each delivery they complete, so selecting the faster delivery option will increase the likelihood of a driver accepting your booking.
