Elevator pitch
Our new Next Day Delivery service allows Zoom2u clients who have a minimum of 10 parcels ordered for collection by 10pm each day to have them delivered to their customers the following day. Delivery starts at a flat rate of $8 (plus GST), with no after hours or weekend fees or fuel surcharges.
How did it come about?
Some of our Zoom2u clients have been asking us to introduce a next day service so they could cut down on overheads while maintaining the same level of service and reliability. We’re nothing if not all ears, so we created a solution!
To make your customers’ experience even better, delivery windows can be scheduled (and rescheduled) to make sure the parcel reaches your customers when they are at home.
Who can use it?
Next day delivery is open to any Zoom2u clients who meet the eligibility criteria. We see it working best for businesses who have a regular volume of parcels dispatched each day—they want the same level of reliability, but don’t need an urgent solution like our 3 hour service.
How will Next Day Delivery give your business a competitive edge?
The savings carry on beyond the initial package. Next Day Delivery also applies to returns and breakages enabling you to enhance your delivery options and provide a streamlined experience for your customers.
